This website provides information about mobile notary services offered by Seal & Signature Notary LLC. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Submitting the contact form is a request for a notary appointment, not a confirmed booking — appointments are confirmed individually by phone or email.
Notary services
Notary fees are set according to Kansas and Missouri law and are separate from any travel fee quoted for mobile appointments. A notary public witnesses signatures and administers oaths; a notary does not draft legal documents, give legal advice, or represent signers in a legal matter (see the disclosure below).
Appointment cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact Seal & Signature Notary LLC as soon as possible so the appointment slot can be released.
Limitation of liability
Seal & Signature Notary LLC performs notarial acts in accordance with Kansas and Missouri notary law and carries errors & omissions (E&O) insurance. Beyond what is required by law or covered by that insurance, Seal & Signature Notary LLC is not liable for how a notarized document is subsequently used or interpreted by third parties.
