Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact/booking form, the name, email, phone number, document type, preferred date, and any notes you provide are sent by email to Seal & Signature Notary LLC in order to schedule your appointment. That information is not sold or shared with third parties, and is used only to respond to your request.
Automated security checks
To reduce spam and abuse, form submissions are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile (a bot-detection widget) and a country-level IP lookup (via a local MaxMind GeoLite2 database) that restricts submissions to the United States. Hidden "honeypot" fields are also used to catch automated bots; these are not visible to real visitors and collect no personal information.
Analytics
This site may use Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). These tools use cookies or similar technology. You can opt out using your browser's privacy settings or extensions such as Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Cookies
Aside from analytics cookies described above, this site does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to schedule and complete the requested notarization, plus the notary journal record required by Kansas and Missouri law.
